REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You may not cancel an order, or any part of an order one purchase has been made. KABEX will not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.
KABEX have a fourteen (14) working days refund and exchange policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and condition:
a) All products must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner;
b) Products must be returned in original packaging;
c) Shipping and handling charges for returned items will be on Buyer’s cost and there will be strictly no refunds for any shipping and handling charges;
d) If the products for which you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original purchase price, then you will be required to top up the balance using cash. If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a lower price, then no balance amount will be refunded to you.
If there is nothing that fits your requirements, you can send an email to KABEX and request for refund in the form of:
a) Cash voucher with validity of three (3) months.
b) Bank transfer refunds and we shall deduct a minimum 5% of Buyer’s total purchase or RM30, whichever is higher, as administrative cost plus any transaction fee charged by credit card; or debit card (whichever is applicable).
If you have redeemed KABEX Points for your transaction and you are successful in obtaining a refund based on KABEX’s Refund and Exchange Policy, KABEX shall refund the monies you have actually paid for the item as according to Refund and Exchange Policy and credit back any redeemed KABEX Points to your Account separately.
KABEX will review each Buyer’s refund request on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s request is successful.
