Sales Admin Assistant

Selangor- Shah Alam

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to head of department.

  • To assist head of department in making customer's appointment/ meeting or event coordination.

  • To assist in costing and quotation preparation.

  • Monitoring of delivery and check with customer availability for goods acceptance.

  • Assist head of department to monitor aging report, call customer for payment follow up.

  • Preparation of end user statement.

  • Coordinate with Marketing department in related scopes such as newsletter creation, new product introduction flyers and etc.

  • Assist head of department to follow up all sales team members' assignment, action plan tracking and visitation monitoring.

  • Reviewing of new partners contract and payment term.

  • Negotiate with out-source suppliers.

  • Coordinate and liaise day-to-day activities with internal departments.

  • Preparation of business correspondence eg. letters, email, minutes of meeting.

  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned from time to time.
