Sales Admin Assistant

To provide secretarial and administrative support to head of department.
To assist head of department in making customer's appointment/ meeting or event coordination.
To assist in costing and quotation preparation.
Monitoring of delivery and check with customer availability for goods acceptance.
Assist head of department to monitor aging report, call customer for payment follow up.
Preparation of end user statement.
Coordinate with Marketing department in related scopes such as newsletter creation, new product introduction flyers and etc.
Assist head of department to follow up all sales team members' assignment, action plan tracking and visitation monitoring.
Reviewing of new partners contract and payment term.
Negotiate with out-source suppliers.
Coordinate and liaise day-to-day activities with internal departments.
Preparation of business correspondence eg. letters, email, minutes of meeting.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned from time to time.
