HR Generalist

Selangor- Shah Alam (HQ)

HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave and movements.

  • Maintain HR files, HRIS database, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

  • Prepare HR metrics/reports for Management’s review.


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job ads, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, salary proposals, offer letters and on-boarding orientation.

  • Promote Company as an employer of choice through various channels. Participate in job fairs, networking events and other recruitment activities.

  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Oversee timely staff confirmation, contract renewals, promotions, salary adjustments, and appraisals.


Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Handle employee communications, engagement activities, and grievance matters.

  • Support discipline and counselling processes.


HR Policy & Compliance

  • Implementation of HR policies and ensure alignment with company practices.

  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and company standards.

  • Review, maintain and update Employee Handbook and Company policies from time to time to ensure alignment with current laws, regulations, and Company practices.


Other Responsibilities

  •  Carry out any other ad hoc HR-related duties and assignments as and when required, including administrative support for management or inter-departmental projects.
