The Automotive Ethernet Cable is designed to meet 100BASE-T1 cabling specifications and is compatible with all NI-XNET Automotive Ethernet interfaces. The cable allows for bidirectional data transfer at 100 Mbps and 1 Gbps across one unshielded twisted-pair cable while fulfilling the OPEN Alliance special interest group (SIG) HF parameters for 100 Mbps cables. This cable is offered with overmolded connectors for protection against strain and high ambient temperatures, and the pigtails can connect to many common connectors. Insulated ferrules are recommended for high wire gauge stranded wires.
